Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 August 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of EasyLoop, a cloud service for streaming pre-recorded video to YouTube LIVE. By creating an account or using EasyLoop, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using EasyLoop you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

EasyLoop may update these terms as the service evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of EasyLoop after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Service scope

EasyLoop is a cloud service that allows you to upload pre-recorded video and stream it continuously to YouTube LIVE using a Stream Key you provide. The current version of EasyLoop supports YouTube LIVE only. Other streaming platforms are not supported at this time.

Features available include video upload and storage, video preflight compatibility checks, scheduling streams for a future start time, playlist ordering of multiple videos, looping, stream monitoring, and automatic recovery after unexpected streaming process failures.

EasyLoop reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue features at any time. No specific feature set is guaranteed to remain available.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. EasyLoop may suspend accounts that provide false or misleading information.

4. YouTube Stream Key

To use EasyLoop you provide an RTMP URL and Stream Key from your YouTube Studio account. EasyLoop also requests a separate YouTube read-only permission solely to verify the matched broadcast lifecycle and ingest health. It cannot create, edit, delete, or manage your YouTube content.

Your Stream Key is stored encrypted at rest. You are responsible for protecting your Stream Key. If you believe your Stream Key has been exposed, rotate it in YouTube Studio and update it in EasyLoop. EasyLoop is not responsible for unauthorized streams that result from an exposed Stream Key.

5. Uploaded content

You retain ownership of the video files you upload to EasyLoop. By uploading a video, you grant EasyLoop a limited license to store, process, and stream that video solely for the purpose of operating the service on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the video content, music, and other material you upload and stream. You must not upload or stream content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.

EasyLoop does not review uploaded videos for rights compliance and does not guarantee that streaming pre-recorded content will be permitted by YouTube or any other platform.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use EasyLoop to:

  • Stream content you do not have the rights to distribute
  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or exploit any security control in the service
  • Use the service in a way that degrades availability for other users
  • Attempt to access another user's account, data, or streaming credentials
  • Use the service in violation of YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

EasyLoop may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. YouTube platform dependency

EasyLoop sends your stream to YouTube using the credentials you provide. YouTube sets its own rules for live streaming, archiving, monetization, copyright enforcement, and account eligibility. EasyLoop does not control YouTube's platform rules and does not guarantee any particular outcome on YouTube, including:

  • Whether a stream will be archived after it ends
  • Whether a stream will be eligible for monetization
  • Whether YouTube will accept or reject the stream
  • Whether a YouTube account will remain in good standing

YouTube states that streams running longer than 12 hours may not be archived. You are responsible for planning stream duration in accordance with YouTube's current policies.

8. Video preflight checks

EasyLoop performs compatibility checks on uploaded videos before streaming, covering properties such as resolution, frame rate, codec, bitrate, keyframe interval, and audio settings. Preflight checks indicate whether a video appears compatible with the streaming requirements.

Passing preflight does not guarantee a successful stream in all conditions. EasyLoop does not automatically transcode videos that fail preflight checks in the current version of the service. You are responsible for ensuring your video meets compatibility requirements.

9. Stream monitoring and recovery

EasyLoop monitors active streams and can attempt automatic recovery when the streaming process fails unexpectedly. Automatic recovery reduces the need for manual intervention but is not an uptime guarantee. EasyLoop does not guarantee that streams will remain live or that recovery will succeed in every case.

10. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans on EasyLoop are available as monthly or annual subscriptions. Payments are processed through Stripe. EasyLoop does not store your card details — all payment information is handled by Stripe.

Free Trial. The $0 Free Trial includes 3 cumulative live streaming hours, expires 3 days after activation, includes 1 GB storage, and allows 1 simultaneous Full HD stream (1080p). No payment card is required, and the Free Trial does not automatically convert to a paid plan. The trial ends when either its three-day period expires or its 3 cumulative streaming hours are used. After the trial ends, you must explicitly choose and purchase a paid plan through your account to continue streaming.

Paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, according to the billing interval you select. You may cancel a subscription through the billing section of your account. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period when a cancellation is scheduled.

EasyLoop may change pricing or plan terms at any time.

11. Account suspension and termination

EasyLoop may suspend your account for violations of these terms, abuse of the service, or non-payment. When an account is suspended, active stream records are updated to a stopped state and EasyLoop will not start new streams for the account.

You may request closure of your account by contacting EasyLoop through the support channel in your account. Account deletion procedures and associated data handling are being finalized and will be described here when published.

12. Service availability

EasyLoop is provided on an “as available” basis. EasyLoop does not guarantee any specific uptime percentage or availability level. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances outside EasyLoop's control.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

EasyLoop is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. EasyLoop does not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Use of the service is at your own risk.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including but not limited to loss of streaming revenue, loss of content, or damage caused by stream interruptions.

15. Third-party platforms and services

EasyLoop depends on third-party services including Supabase, Cloudflare R2, Stripe, and Hetzner. EasyLoop is not responsible for the availability, conduct, or terms of these third-party providers.

YouTube is a separate platform operated by Google. Use of YouTube is subject to YouTube's own Terms of Service. EasyLoop is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

16. Support

EasyLoop provides support through the ticket system available in your account. EasyLoop aims to respond to support requests but does not guarantee a specific response time.

17. Changes to these terms

EasyLoop may update these terms as the service evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be updated when terms change. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
